Born in Guadalajara, México. Marine Biologist by career. She also studied Cinema; as a result of that, she has been part of several TV shows in Guadalajara, a short film in New Zealand, and a long feature film in the States. She arrived to Loreto eight years ago hired for the Marine Park. She is passionate in fine arts and business. Currently, she is managing with her husband “Loreto Art School”. Claudia also is passionate to help new people in town and Loreto Bay to find their dream home with a positive attitude and a ‘full-on’ integrity. She loves to make the whole process an exquisite experience to share this beautiful part of the world with more families from around the globe. Claudia recently got her certification by RedConocer as a real estate agent. Claudia loves her family, and spend time with her husband Alex Curiel and daughter.

Dee was born in Cincinnati and moved to Portland, Oregon at the age of 22. After earning a BA in Social Work, she worked with families and children in the field of adoption for fifteen years. Dee learned a lot about the world of business and marketing when she became a recruiter for an executive search firm. Having grown up in a family of realtors, it was no surprise that she eventually began selling houses. She received her Oregon license in 2000.

Tracy has been involved with a number of luxury resort real estate developments in Canada, USA, and Mexico, and has had the good fortune of working with some of the best sales and marketing companies in the business. When not working, Tracy can be found with her partner Jeff, and daughter, Jayla, out enjoying all the benefits that come from living on the Baja.
