My wife and I recently sold our home in Loreto (FN410, a Bohemia), working with Tracy Collingridge at Momentum Realty. After buying that home 4 years ago and going through the sales and closing process before, and hearing the nightmare closing issues many other buyers had, and still have, (typically 6 months to four years; 16 months for us) I can’t tell you how different and FAST, working with Tracy was. First of all, once we listed with Tracy, she had the photos and online view of our home up in a few days, with excellent photos. She found a buyer in three weeks! She found a buyer for friends of ours (a Casa Chica) in less than one week! In our case, Tracy worked tirelessly with the buyers and us to settle all issues and complete the offer, and she offers escrow services.
